Denial of supply to house hold kitchen

Due to the existance of mutiple connection in the same household (for self & wife), i have been threatend and compelled to hand over my LPG connection no: 6566 (domestic) which was under usage for more than 25 years surrendered and its Termination voucher no was

21330090000048 dated 13.05.2008. so as to continue my regular bookkings as harassed.

Now based on the judgement issued in the High Court of Madras (Madurai Branch) vide W.A. (MD) no: 472 of 2009 dated 7.10.2009 has issued very clear instructions that A Consumer in their own individual right as per the definition of the L.P.G. ; each one of them are entitled to have a connection in their individual names.

Accordingly as a fully eligble consumer ; your Sr. Area Manager, I.O.C. Ltd; Marketting Divn; MADURAI has been addressed to revive my connecton; vide my letters dated 12.10.2009& 30.03. but the Official has not Acted upon & refused with Unwanted replies. I request that the Official may be instructed to act upon as the guidlines issued as per the Court Orders & render JUSTICE.as a final request to avoid further referring to court under Condemnition of court orders.
