Stagnant water and garbage

Dear officer,

we the residents of 4and 6 block of jangpura ext. would like to inform that house no.6/14 is lying vacant from last 2-3yrs the veranda is full of garbage stinking badly .water is stagnant outside with mosquitoes breading allover causing decease like dengu. Area mcd officers who visited this place realised the condition but said that they cannot do any thing unless they have the name or contact no.of the owner. The owner was a old lady who died 2-3 yrs back her relatives who have taken over the property rarely visit this place and ignore the request of the residents regarding cleaning and maintaining the place.we would request the concerned authoroties to trace the present owner and take necessary steps.
