My wife has been receiving calls and slang SMS from a two numbers for last few days. The nos are 919641438496 and 918944971671.The stranger useing slang language and sending SMS that can not be readout. My wife can not concentrate on her study. Mentally she is very upset and we are all also. Please help us to register complaint against him. How can I get the call barred... There is any possiblity to take any action against him.
