Abusing

I am owning one house at chennai. I have rented one shop to a person. Because I am a senior citizen and want to run business in my own in that shop, I have requested the person on 01.04.11 to vacate the shop and hand over the vacant portion to me after 3 months. The said person is about to perform his daughter's marriage and so I have not pressed him to vacate as a moral and human nature so that he is also to be respected by his Sambandhies and son-in-law. After the marriage and giving enough time for the said person, I have reminded to him to vacate the shop at least by 1st of November. He is refusing to vacate and more over he sent me a letter stating that I am refusing to receive the shop rent and I have misbehaved with him.

secondly he has approached one advocate and he had sent me a regitered letter that I have taken extreme steps to vacate him i.e. vulgar langauge I can say.

Lastly I want to say is the person is giving rent only after long time. I have not misbehaved with him or his relatives any day and any time. He is also accepting it. But he is telling I am doing all these with advocates advise only.

So I want to give a complaint and get justice with a reasonable time. Kindly inform me what can I do for this or you can inform that any procedures is to be aopted.
