Water flow on road

Dear Sir

I am the resident of BRS Nagar Ludhiana, Punjab. One of our neighbours named Mrs. Neelam Malhotra and Mr. Kamal Malhotra are residing in HJ-255, BRS Nagar Ludhiana. They are creating problem to all the people residing near their house. They are habitual of flowing water on road, which has become their daily practice. They have laid exit pipe of the ff and 2nd floor of house on road, thru which they use to flow water daily morning. Gathered water on road create lot of problems to passerbys and people residing their. Also it is leading to damage of road.

Inspite of so many verbal requests, they are not ready to accomodate. Kindly look into the matter and help to resolve.
