Complaint against leakage from Neighbou

Dear Sir

I am living in Pitampur, QU-28A, Delhi-110088. We are facing the problem of Dirty Drains water from upper stairs neighbour which is falling on our Toilet and bathroom outside wall. Therefore, the leakage is being increasing day by day and it has also been surrounded inside our Toilet and bathroom wall. I have also submitted my complain (No.5310) to MCD on 19/09 but there is no response from them till today

Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me about this matter.
