Telephone no never available

I am a consumer of the indane gas. As and when I request for a gas cyclinder refill, the telephone numbers of M/S NATH TRADERS ZAMRUDPUR NEW DELHI, is never available, they on purpose keep the phone off-the hook, and reaching to them for request of refill gas cyclinder becomes very difficult, at least the half day is spent to reach them, when informed them about this, they refuse to accept this, also the day committed for the delivery of the refill cyclinder is never kept, the same is at times delivered after the expiry of one week and even more, their modus operandi is very draconian in nature, kindly have my case looked into, so that I am not inconvienced in the future for this.
