Dear Sir,

I am a student living in a rented apartment, and am preparing for the entrance exams. I live on first floor, and on ground floor, there is a shop which prepares, the balcony window frames. They continuously hammer the steel or the metal, and the noise is intolerable. This has affected my study on a great level. Please suggest, what to do.
