Noise Pollution by electric motors

Respected sir,

We are suffering from great noise pollution caused by electric motors of sewing machine side by my house. They started at 6 o-clock in the morning and stopped at 9.45 p.m. at night. They have many heavy electric motors in first floor which is covered with asbestos and with all open uncovered windows. All the time all this motors create great noise. We request several times, but they have no response. We have to wake up and also go to bed on their time schedule.

Please help us. we live with our old retired parents. All of us related with education. Please help us from this dangerous noise pollution and oblige.
