Domestic violence at Home

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your to your kind attention that there is no police action against my complaint dated 06/06.

I am harassed by my elder brother and his errant wife (endless quarreling and mouthing bad words) over family partition dispute.

My brother tried to kill my father over farming dispute. The story is as under :

After the demise of my mother last year my father wanted to divide his property between me and my elder brother.

My brother wants the entire property and does not wish to give me my share of the parental property.

where as my father wants to distribute the property equally to which he objects and hence the dispute has been aggravated by him to such an extent

that my wife ran from my village and came back to me at Bombay where I doing a job for my family livelihood. My brother and his family stays at village.

He is utilising his contacts and thereby not allowing the police to take action.

I sincerely request to through this stage to look into the matter and take immediate and strict action to resolve the issue. I am feeling harassed as I My family, My father cannot go to my village and do farming and live in harmony.

I request all the concerned authorities to immediate action against this domestic violence.
