TO BLOCK THE PASSPORT

Respected Sir,

My husband Mr. Pallapu Venkat Rao had harassed me for want of additional dowry for money and also threatened me with dire consequences, that if I was not fulfilled his desire of demand, he would marry another and for which he is trying to go abroad for getting married with another woman duly accepting for huge amoujnt of dowry. If he does so, I may be put heavy damage in my life. Please tell me where to go and whom to approach to get advise and also get proper advise to stop my husband to go abroad???!!!
