Dear sir,

Landlord's in total Punjabi para, Siliguri, West Bengal, Udham Singh Sarani (Bylane) Keep there Original meters under lock & Key so that whenever Electricity officer who come to take the meter can be turnaround by the explaining person with the key is not at home, but actually they forge the meter like the water connection/ Ac/Greasers are not connected to the meter.

Please check that every meter should be kept easy visible this step will help us to stop the electric stealing.
