Dear Sir,

I have purchase 2BHK flat in Ganesh Nagar, Wadgaonsheri Pune-14. I have paid final amount to the builder before seven month back, but the contractor is not providing drinking water and other legal document to us. there are lot of pending job has been left unattended. The building is furnished but their internal fourth floor construct is still in pending. They are not picking up the phone calls and not taking any initiative to complete the work.

I have taken a housing loan from SBI bank and every months EMI is deducted from Nov. The bank is not helping us in this regards.

Please guide us better solution.
