Open stagnant drainage

Dear SirMadam,

I stay in No.16, Shri Ram Ashray, Shirdi Sai Nagar, Kundalahalli gate, Bangalore. We have a big open drainage infront of our house, it is also not directed to anywhere due to which the water is stagnant and stinks. Due to this huge mosquitoes are developed in this area causing health issues. Kindly have a look at it.
