TICKET NOT BOOKED BUT AMOUND DEBITED FROM BANK

Sir,

I have been booked ticket on 12 Mar from Lohit Express Train No 5652 in AC 2 tier for Rs. 3151/- vide transaction ID No 0192854880 and on same day from Lohit Express Train No 5652 in AC 2 Tier for Rs. 3151/- vide transation ID No 0192856286 the total amount for Rs. 3151/- and Rs. 3151/- has been deducted from account but the ticket not booked. You are requested to kindly refund the same in my account at the earliest, please.
