TAKIN FINE FOR SPITTING ON ROAD WITHOUT BEFORE ANOUNCING TO PUBLIC

I feel realy wonder that Amar Kadam (B.M.C-I.S.SS184, Marshal) (mobile no : 9324202936) and his colleages are taking fine for littering, spiting on road without any anouncing or without any sticking banner or poster or without any making arrangement of dustbeen on the road.

He showed his identy card of Greater Mumbai Nagar Palika from where i have noted his icard no (written above)

I support the fine system.

But before that Govt. has responsibility to announce to the public what to do and what not.

He may put some hoarding, banner on the road.

Before not doing these, he can not fine to the public.

Amar Kadam told me that the rule had been created on 2006.

ok.

But public does not know all the rules.

Govt should inform to the public and should keep litter box on the road.

Untill Corporation do not do these, he can not fine.

I have given a fine of rs 100 .

Hence i request to inform public and then apply rule.

Any suggestion will be highly appreaciated.
