Dear Madam / Sir,

We have not received any bill for the above meter since beginning (July’08). The reading for the meter is being taken regularly and the concerned person is always reminded of the non receipt of the bill, still there has been no action. The copy of Form - G-8A was also given to him around 2 years back.

The other floors in the same building are receiving the bills regularly. Also please note that now since the bill is pending for about 3 years for no fault of ours, we would be paying it in installments without any penalty.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and treat this as most urgent. The meter is in the name of Mr. Saurabh Gupta (The previous owner of the floor). Also let us know the procedure for transferring the meter in our name.
