First time when i sent a courier from dwarka-12, delhi on 1st week of july'08, they didnt deliver my document on said address neither they return to sender address...& also they didnt return my money.
Second time when i sent a courier from dwarka-12, delhi on 16/02/10, they delivered the document but two days late... they said it was fault of their agency... what i have to do with it, that is our service problem not mine.
stop cheating customer... very very poor courier service in India
