Dear Sir,

This is further to my complain Dt:30.01.12 & further comment on 15.03.12.A letter from your Barrackpore Sub-Regional office received Vide letter No;WB/PGHS/SRG/BKP/(01)/242 Dt:13.01.12.But Barrackpore Office has not confirmed the no transfer claim has not been received by this office till date. This is also to inform that till date not received any confirmation of EPF Transfer. Plz do the needful. Though an information letter dated:15.03.12 from EPFO customer care division has been received. It had known from that letter that, EPFO had directed RPFO, Jamshedpur to intimate latest progress of this case directly to complainant. But till date no such communication has been received from their end. My present Employer (TRF Limited) has been submitted a decleration/information/confirmation letter to RPFO, Jamshedpur office vide Letter No: F&A/PF Dt:16.02.12 against quarries from Jamshedpur RPFO Office. Both the letters (EPFO & TRF) are attached herewith.

Copy of the earlier letter dt:03.01.12 has once again been furnished below :-

Plz refer to the Letter Reference No: CSD-II/SRO/Barrackpore/75112 Dated:-17.11.11 and grievance recorded Diary No:69126 dt:03.11.11, which had received at Head Office & further it has been forwarded to SRO-Barrackpore under EPF/GMS No. CEPFO/P/08164 Dated:14.11.11 for necessary action from receiver's end. The letter had further been forwarded to Addl. CPFC (CSD) for information with reference to their Diary No.2578 Dated:07.11.11.

But till date no such action has been taken care to resolve the long pending issue.

Further from my present employer TRF Limited has cleared all the quarries (Unnecessarily raised by APFC, Jamshedpur) on 16.02.12.

But till date no further communication has been conferred from EPF Office.
