Frequently electricity pole wires are cut and hanging

Hi Team,

Despite of frequent communication to Lineman and Electricity staff, they are not changing the wires. On an average for every 3 days, wires are being cut and hanging on the road and people are getting injured with shock which can lead to death. Electricity staff are taking this as a small issue but this will cause death of residents. These wires were 20 yrs old and creating a fear of untimely cut and hanging on the roads. I sincerely request you to take up this issue to APCPDCL and order electricity staff to change the wiring system to a new wires in Balajiangar, kukatpally area. Thanks in advance.
