I am trying to get my mom's passport renewed. When I went to Vanasthalipuram e-seva, the ladies at the counters are very rude and have no respect for the customers. There is not a smile on their faces. Just simple dead faces. If we go to counter, they question us as if "what the hell are you here for".

They give information in pieces every time you go there. They have become like government office, they did not tell us what all papers are needed on the very first day. The lady checked all the papers on the first day and said DD is missing, the second day she says some affidavit is missing, don't know what she is gonna tell the third day.

This is not the only worst experience that I had, previously when I did not have proper change to pay the bills, they rejected taking my payment saying they don't have enough change to give me back.

Customer care is core for any business.
