RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM

I have visited one of my friends residing in ESIC provided accomodation in ESI DISPENSARY COMPLEX, RAGHUBIR NAGAR, New delhi-110027.The accomodation is in the possible worst condition with cracks in building wall, cracks in stairs, roof is mutilated and Water Seepage everywhere. And may be in danger of collapse in the event of an earthquake.

Kindly make the possible move for the betterment of the occupantsof the damaged building.
