ESIC Claim not receved from June to till date

SIR/Madam,

I would like to inform you that my daughter (Ms Diksha Sharma0 got an accident on 3rd April Sunday Evening. She was in a serious position so she had to admit in the hospital with immediate effect. I have deposited the bills for reimbursement of said case as on 06/06 in the Derabassi Dispensary. But upto the till date i don'nt have received amount of claim and also not any response from the ESIC department. Kindly do the needful.
