ESIC SMART CARD
NOT ISSUE MY CARD SINCE 1 YEAR

Dear Sir/Madam,

my ESIC NO is 6921469385 on 09.06.2011 and also clicked with my family photo since 4 month ago at ESIC hospital No-3 NIT Faridabad. But couldnot even got my Card. And now hospital refused to give medicine on that slip. They asked for card and also refused to give medicine without card. What Will I Do???

Can i complaint in consumer court???
