Non- delivery of my Pan Card

Dear sir/madame,

I am Ganesh Tiwari and i didn't received my pan card yet. I informed their firm many times (with complaint no. 95018931) but i didn't get any response.

I also tried to contact their offices numbers but no reply had come so far. Finally I came to take Decision that i am going to file a complaint in consumer court against them. This last and humble request to you Kindly take an action to deliver my pan card to my address before it goes in wrong hand's and misused.

I hope i get response.
