Sewage block/over flow problem

I am residing of g 197 street no 1 jagjeet nagar delhi 110053. Over 1 months I am facing sewage over flow very frequently, whenever I complain to J E of my locality 9999131314 a they said they will send the person immediately but they never did, after lot of calls they send the person we have to call them at least 3 times in a day.

Whenever they came and cleaned that would be blocked on the same day or next day. It is happening till now from 6 months. I think they are not doing their work properly.

Because of this last week I suffered by bad flue, In our street lot of children badly affected by this.it is very difficult to drop our kids for school in the morning.

Because of bad smell and over flow of drainage water we are unable to use the toilet and bathroom. How can we live in this environment?

I Request you to Kindly take quick and permanent action to prevent drainage over flow/block.
