Irresponsible conducto

Hi there,

I am a student of 16 years .my journey was on 22/12 about 3.00 p.m & unfortunately i got confussed with the rout from tirupur to erode via perundurai, vellode, chennimalai. When i came 2 vellode, i did`nt know wher 2 go (either to chennimalai or erode) since i did not know the route.in vellode i got a bus (11 A), the conductor `s name is Sellappan. K, a very irresponsible, unworthy conductor using foul language in the bus on the passengers .the incident happened 2 me was the time, when he came 2 me i was not ready with my money .he started screaming at me in front of everybody.i really felt embrassed. then he gave me the ticket "i asked him hw much? " he replyed, its given on the ticket u idiot since i could not read tamil i could`nt find out so i gave 10 rs and only before i get down he gave back rs.4.now i got down in chennimalai.when i got down in chennimalai.the auto drivers said there is a bus from here 2 erode via vellode.only then i came 2 know that i had wasted 30 min of my time.again the same 11 A bus came but this time less people with seats 2 sit.the conductor came again 2 ask for tickets, i was at the back. he got tickets from 4 or 5 & did`nt c me and went front again he came 2 the middle and asked whether "is there anybody yet 2 take a ticket" i raised my hand. he again said (no) shouted (do u have a brain?) and the most worst part, which affected me was. I kindly request u 2 take severe measures on the conductor.
