Non delivery of RLAD

Sir,

In reference of the above subject matter would like to state that I had post letter through registered AD to our Haflong Town, NCHills by registered post bearing RLAD B 2115 from Guwahati GPo, Dated 09/04/10 addressed to Deputy Comissioner N C Hills. According to our sources it has still not been delivered nor receipt AD card till today.

Please confirm the status as early as possible.
