Ticket not issued

Dear Sir,

I picked the Haryana Roadways bus Gurgaon to Bahadurgarh at around 6:45PM - 7:00 PM on Friday i.e. Feb 12 . There were around 35 passengers who boarded the bus with me. Conductor informed that passengers will be charged Rs. 20 as fare from Gurgaon to Najafgarh. I paid the amount but never got a ticket from the conductor and same happened with the other ones as well. This seems to be a regular practice to pick passengers from Gurgaon to bahadurgarh but they never issue the ticket in response to the fare paid by passenger. If you ask them you will be a victim of their rude behavior. There is no complaint # or book available in the bus where you can inform the higher officials immediately.
