Incom Tax Refund
A/c is wrong in IT Refund Cheque

Dear Sir,

My self Rahul Dube, i have received the Refund Check (CMPP6915773) dtd 7 -April-11, Cheque no : 516950, SBI, CMP Centre (04266)-Mumbai.

In this cheque, My A/c no mentioned is wrong,

My SBI a/c no is : 30398073460,

SBI,

NAVJIVAN HOUSING SOC.AJWA ROAD,

VADODARA. BRANCH, BARODA,

Branch Code: 5589

last Year also i have received the refund cheque with the same mistake.

Kindly Correct/update my A/c no and resend the cheque to my adrs

My Adrs:

A-41/Part-2, Shivam Duplex, Nr- D -Mart,

Nr-Kaladarshan Char Road, Waghodia Road, Vadodara-390019

Also tell the procedure to change the A/c no.
