Delayed delivery of consumer gas

Sir,

My consumer no.9988 . I registered for gas delivery on 14th December.

But till date i have not yet recieved my gas cylinder. We have approached Jeevan Gas Agencies, villivakkam several times. No proper response and ladies working there asked us to take delivery from them if it is urgently needed. This problem is continuous throughout the year.

On 7.1.2011 i have registered a complaint at 2.30 noon to the customer service cell Ph.no. 2433 9236, 2433 9246 and there is no response.
