Hi,

An important document has been sent to me through speed post on 9th April from banglore to new delhi. But I have still not received it. Its been 10 days and nor could I track it on net as no information is available.

The documents are importand and needs to be delivered on time but it seems INDIA POST has no values of customer satisfaction.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
