Giving wrong information & misbehave by staff of gct

The staff of ghazipur station furnishing me wrong information because of that my train has miss. when i asked them they missbehave with me & scold me too. due to this reason i miss a very important meeting & i got the heavy loss. please take the appropriate action against that persons [station master & inquiry officer].
