IRCTC website does not open around 8 AM

I have registered a complaint about the irctc online booking website not opening every morning three days ago. I have tried to open irctc site for tatakal booking also today i.e. 14th May from 8.00 AM onwards but the site is not opening. IF the higher authorities of Railways will not intevene with an honest attitude the things will remain the same.

There seems to be a permanent connivance somewhere and because of this right from 8 AM onwards EVERYDAY WITHOUT FAIL the irctc on line booking website is never av

ailable till all the berth are filled up.

It is a challenge to the Railways. Shall they be able to improve or continue toprefer to be a paty this connivance and mismanagement.

Next complaint will be made direct to Hon'rable minister Ms Mamta Banerjee and after that to the PM himself.
