The site is very slow is in useless now

IRCTC provides a very easy way to book rail tickets in india through www.irctc.co.in. This site encounter huge amount of load in terms of user clicks and number of user accounts it has. Being a Goverment Body unit, irctc should keep upto the mark of user expectations but i am very depressed to see that i cannot even make a single ticket in off peak time. This is not a once in a while incident, i am facing problem in making an e-ticket since last 3 days. CRIS must engage some software professionals to enhance the performance of this site as at present it has become completely useless of anyone to use it.

Could you please cater this very urgent and critical issue.
