Unable to Pay State Govt Taxes

I Smt. T Kalpana Patro Proprietess of Kalpana Textiles having CC Account in State bank Of India, Berhampur Main Branch. I availed corporate internet Banking facility provided by SBI. Now a days I am paying commercial taxes through sbi net banking. Previously I paid taxes through online. Today I tried to pay commercial taxes but I failed. I entered correct particulars in the form. The web page shows ''Invalid dealer identification number (TIN/SRIN)''. But I entered my correct Tin Number. Please suggest me What I have to do. My e Mail address is kal_tex@yahoo.co.in.
