Failed transaction and money not refunded

I have booked 2 tickets on 12/11 in KSRTC online ticket booking service. One from Bangalore to Puducherry (Journey dt-16/11) and another from Puducherry to Bangalore (Journey dt- 18/11). In both of the transactions, the amount of the ticket deducted from my debit card but the tickets could not be booked.

I called the control room so many times for help but nobody answered, also i mailed KSRTC regarding my problem but did not get any reply.

I am fade up by all this. Please help me getting my money back.
