I uday khanvilkar, using loop mobile sim no 9821963634 wish to bring to your notice that bill statement for period 11/05/10 to 19/05/10 shows usage of GPRS starting from 12:12:59/15:05:10 to 10:25:42/16:5:10 only.

I have never utilised GPRS facility on my mobile in the past nor this time. You can verify this from record therefore the data shown by you is as used by me is not correct and those must be some mistake at your end. you are requested to make necessery corrections.

the mobile service is provided to me under police plan.
