There is deeper conspiracy behind the 2x3 ft RCC channels on all the Delhi roads. The civil work being carried out most indiscriminately as if the city has been attacked by Mohamad Gauri or Mohamad Gaznavi. There are no boards displaying the name of the work or the contract number or the agency carrying out. It beats the mind what is the utility of these channels with TORR steel rods spreading out like killer death nails. It is all in the name of CWG2010 as hoodwink, in reality these works are being carried out for the vested interests of NDPL or the TATA or the reliance like for laying their cable network. There is no one to question Or enquire. We all live in the information age but whom to ask what is going on. Were there any tenders floated? what are the technical specs? Who advised or planned such works first time in the city history. What will be the future repercussions of that. Whose money is that? Will a poor city dig itself so mercilessly just for the CWG2010 having no focus in facts games the object.

Will the authorities and the press wake up and enquire deeper into the scandal.
