The civil work being carried out most indiscriminately as if the city has been attacked by Mohamad Gauri or Mohamad Gaznavi. There is no one to question Or enquire. We all live in the information age but whom to ask what is going on. Were there any tenders floated? what are the technical specs? Who advised or planned such works first time in the city history. What will be the future repercussions of that. Whose money is that? Will a poor city dig itself so mercilessly just for the CWG2010 having no focus in facts games the object.
Will the authorities and the press wake up and enquire deeper into the scandal.
