Disconnectivity of supply

I, WALKE N.V., CUSTOMER LIVING AT MOSHI PRADHIKARAN-PIMPARI SECT-06, PLOT -32, am kindly requesting you regarding disconnection of electric supply to the same area since sunday 4.30pm to till the day.

i was already contacted to all concerned authorities, but it is found that nobody is taking responsibilities for solving the problem, i didnot know why it was happened? whether the persons are sleeping continously for

last two days to till the period

i suffered continously with the same problem, so again i kindly requesting to try to solve the problem and give me the details of further action along with no.
