Excess bill

Espected sir/mam,

I m having three phase connection from Dakshi Haryana Bijlli Vitran Nigam Ltd.

With M.T.A/C No. C2310018, in the name of Shri Narain dass s/o shri Punnu Ram at Fatehabad Road RATIA, PIN-125051, Haryana.

in the month of march my bill is Rs. 10, 450/- excess which is too much & incorrect, When i contact to local bijlli board they told this amount is due to your previous meter was slow, kindly tell me the criteria how you fix this amount., tell me the total unit consumed & rate of energy by which you have charged this amount.

i request you to solve my problem as early as possible.
