Ad conditions of roads

Sir,

with due respect i beg to say that i am a residence of chitra gupt nagar, behind katghar thana, near shivpuri, moradabad, ...In my locality the conditions of roads are very bad, and in monsoon they become a lake, water was struck on the roads and ladies and children face difficulty to walk on roads, the roads have more breks then people on roads... and there was no action taken by municipal corporation on this serious matter.so i request you to pls take some action on this serious matter...
