Nonon refund of deposit for land line after cancellation

Sir,

I have surrenderd my land line connection (instrumnet owned by me) bearing No22602397 on 24.10.09 vide receipt No 627.But sofar the deposit amount has not been refunded. This may be looked into and arrange to refund the same erly. The entire billing dues were settled against bills immediately. The immediate refund or a line of reply will be accepted with thnaks.
