Did not receive my Certification of NISM-Currency Derivative

Still after 2 months i did not receive my certificate and they are saying they delivered to someone called SUSHIL. I do not know that person. They delivered it to someone else and at wrong address. I am requesting them to deliver to me. But they are not doing anything.

They mailed me like this: "Your Certificate has been Delivered to SUSHIL (Dispatch section) on 04/10 with Sign At 11:50 Hrs "

You can see that it did not deliver to me.
