Open gutters in santacruz, s.v.road

Hello sir,

i am resident of santacruz. our building is on the main road that is S.V.Road. we have been facing a problem of mosquitoes and flies coming in our home in the evening. this problem has been there for years together now. initially this problem was not there as the gutters were properly covered with lids. now even the cemented lids of the gutters is broken or in few places absent. why isn't the bmc replacing the broken lids and why arent ther ppl who come and clean the road atleast in the morning... when it comes to elections u guys irritate the hell out of us. so atleast now when u know there is a problem. pls solve it and help us get rid of the flies and mosquitoes.

ps- i have attached few photos of broken and partly open gutters on the road... if possible pls inspect the area and solve the problem.
