IRRESPONSIBLE BEHABIOUR OF YOUR BRANCH AT CITY CENTRE, BOKARO, JHARKHAND

As we are associated with the servie of samsung mobile phone the time frame is must for success in our profession, but unfortunately your Branch

of Sector-4, Bokaro seel city has own time table to work. We hardly get consingment sent from Our warehouse Ranchi to our place. His Irresponsible behaviour affects our business as we can not deliver the hand set on time to our customer

My office Distance from Your Branch Office of overnite is hardly 200 mts. when we get information by calling on phone no- 9122882535 a lady staff receives the call says that Overnite office has no manpower to deliver the consingment so come & pickup the same from your end.

When my office boy go for depositing the consingment at evening the shop remains close saying the office staff is out for collection of the consingment pl. come next day. How can we work with them pl. suggest.

Earlier also we have made such type of complain but nothing has been done in this regard. It is very shamefull for the Reputed company like u.
