Non delivery of consignment

My name is Niraj Kumar Singh, I reside in Nagpur. My sister Pooja Singh, from dhanbad to had dispatched a rakhi in a consignment no 3023991821 through Overnite express ltd on 06 aug. But till today, 13/08 it has been not delivered. There is no proper reply is given either from nagpur or Delhi (Head office). It is really matter of worrying that they don't care any timely delivery to customer.
