Dear Sir,

I have applied for the passport in February but till now I haven’t received the passport. I had submitted 4-5 applications to the concerned Passport Officer but till now what I will receive is false commitments from passport officer from last one year I am coming to passport office very frequently but of no results.

In 2009 I got the status of passport as police report is clear and application is under process, after that in 2010 I received the status as your passport will be ready on 8-2 but even after that I haven’t got my passport.

Last time when I visited passport office they said that your name in police report is not clear so they have send the report to police for correction.

Then I am visiting police station from last 3 months and they are saying that they haven’t received any report from passport office and passport officer is saying that they have send it police.

I don’t know which person is to believe.

So I kindly request you take this matter as utmost important and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
