Huge bill Collections

I B.D.Manjula resident of Damaiuda, Keesara Mandal with service no:2870 have received electricity bill for the month of Marh 2010 as Rs.9950/-, on enquiry it was stated that the bill is due to arrears of previous months. I have been shifted to the new buid house during June and since then paying the bill regularly. Hence, the reason for having arrears on meter reading is not made clear to me even when enquired personally at ECIL branch of APSEB. (AEE/Keesar mandal).

It is learnt unofficiall that more than one meter exists with similar numbers due to gimics of bill colletion department due t which huge bill amount is received by original owners.

I kindly request to look into the matter and arrange for reimbursement of excess paid. Also request for not to repetation of such grievance in future.
